Happy Halloween 2011!!!!!

For Halloween this year Jackson was Frankenstein and Brylee was his bride. Jackson was all about his suit and his face paint! The Bride froze at her halloween party so we added a long sleeve under armor type shirt and she was much warmer.

Trunk or Treat

We went to Trunk or Treat in Mt Laurel on Sunday. I was afraid Jackson's "real" costume would be considered scary and they ask for no scary costumes and I was afraid with all the bounce houses and activities Brylee's bride costume might be a bit much! So we went for some different costumes for Trunk or Treat!
Jackson went as....
Nick Sabin!
and Brylee went as an auburn cheerleader...
Their favorite picture of the night... Ha! :)
Jackson with the Alabama "trunk"!
Brylee and her buddies...

We had fun Trunk or Treating with our friends!

Pumpkin Carving....

Our masterpiece... and can i give a shout out to my mums... look how big they are... i am so proud of myself... you see i can't grow concrete and i bought these babies before they bloomed and i have kept them alive and they bloomed and look beautiful... and they are still going strong... mums from Mt Laurel Grocery ROCK!!!!!Proud of their pumpkin... All lite up ready for Halloween!

Halloween Party!

Brylee's friend Collin B. had a Halloween Party for his friends and Brylee and I went and had a great time! For Halloween Brylee was a Bride... WOW! What was I thinking?? She looks WAY to grown up in these pictures... makes me a little sad... glad she is not really about to get married... just pretending too! :) Kim, Collin's Mom, went over and beyond on every detail... food, crafts, decorations, etc... it was so cute... (make me want to have a costume/halloween birthday party for B next year... umm) Check out all the cute and yummy food... and this was not all of it just a few of the cute things I got pictures of...
and my favorite thing from the night...

Pumpkin Patch...

We almost let "Pumpkin Patch" time slip by but we squeezed it in! :) We usually go to a local church close to us to get out pumpkin but they did not do a pumpkin patch this year so we went to another church and got one from their pumpkin patch! As you can tell we were freezing so we grabbed a few pumpkins and called it a day! :)
Is this a good one mom???
How about this one?
Daddy was not really big on getting in the picture but he did go!
Me and my little pumpkins! We got some little pumpkins too...Brylee carried her pumpkin around like it was her baby! :)My two cute lil pumpkins! :)

Brylee's Class Fall Party...

Brylee's Class had their fall party on Friday. This is the first year I have not been room mom since JP was in K... it was bitter sweet but it was just time for someone else to do it! :) And the room moms in brylee's class did one awesome fall party! It was also nice for me to just enjoy the party with Brylee and not run around like a chicken with my head cut off getting everything done! :)
My Big Ole First Grader....
How cute is that plate of food?
(jello cups with gummy worms and a spider, a marshmallow spider
and some other fun foods)
B and sweet Mattie :)
they made caramel apples..
she had a topping bar and they could pick what toppings they wanted on their apple...
it was so yummy... i ended up eating most of brylee's :) brylee had fun making her apple...
they also made several crafts...and a cute little sack to take their loot home in! :) What a fun little party! I am glad I got to go and enjoy it with Brylee!

CYC Homecoming

The CYC Youth League had homecoming last week. It was so much fun! The football players and the cheerleaders really felt special! Each cheerleader picked a football player to make a poster for their door, gave them a balloon and a bag of candy with a note.
Brylee picked Jacob who was in her class last year and lives down the street!
Jacob with our poster...
and his candy bag and note...
Before the game, the players gave the cheerleaders a rose... so sweet! Jacob and Brylee... sweet friends!
Here come the Chelsea Hornets K/1 football players....
The players and cheerleaders all got these cute cookies after the game...

and water bottles full of candy and a cute little tag...their cute megaphones...and my favorite part of the night...

during half time the cheerleaders did not cheer...

instead their dads escorted them out on the field and gave them a rose....

melt my heart... it was so sweet....Daddy's Little Girl!!!!
