Pumpkin Patch

This afternoon we went to the Pumpkin Patch and picked us out some pumpkins... one of my favorite things to do in the fall... Brother thought this was just the pumpkin we needed... and even toted it for us...

We had a fun time at the pumpkin patch. Now we will have to carve our big ole pumpkin sometime in the next few weeks... wonder what it will look like?

Last Monday Brylee had a field trip to the Pumpkin Patch... needless to say it rained... and we had a choice to go then or Nov. 16th... they chose to go then... it rained... it poured... i am sure the old man snored... but we went... we liked the barn... b.c it was out of the rain... we ate lunch at 10 b.c what else do you do in the rain... we picked pumpkins off a table under the barn... it finally stopped pouring and we rode the hay ride back to the car... we went... the kids had fun... and probably had no idea that their parents paid $8.00 a piece for an hour of pumpkin patch "fun" in the rain and a pumpkin we could have bought for a 1/4th of that... but oh well. And here is the one token picture from the trip... b.c i chose not to take my camera in the rain... field trip shirt and all... with our $8.00 pumpkin... it's all about making memories... right???

It's birthday palooza at our house this week for this baby girl... we will have lots of b'day fun to share this week so check back...
