Brylee's First Cheerleading Competition...

Brylee had her first cheer leading competition on Sunday; Live Jam Fest. It was at the Pelham Civic Complex. I must say I did not realize how "real" it was going to be. If you have ever watched cheer leading on TV... that is exactly what it was like. It was pitch black dark in the venue with only lights around the stage and the music was BLARING. The Judges were all lined up behind the stage and they would introduce each squad and they would walk down the "red carpet" to the stage and get in their places. I was AMAZED brylee did not "freak out"... she is not a huge fan of dark rooms, loud noises, and usually wants me with her in situations like this. Much to my surprise she told me "bye" back stage, walked out with her team, down the red carpet, and onto the stage like she owned the place. She smiled and did her routine like non other. I was very proud of her!

(she is the back spot)a big ole smile as she is coming off the mather team waiting for their scorechecking out the goods...she was so excited about her trophy...Ace Fierce Feathers...Brylee was so excited... you could not wipe the smile off her face! She is "in love" with her trophy and her goody bag! She has not stopped talking about it and walks around cheering and will show her cheer to anyone that will watch! She can't wait to go to Destin and cheer in a few weeks!

She was excited to have GoGo, Grandaddy, and KK along with mommy, daddy, and jackson to come watch her cheer. Yeah Brylee!!!
