Rickwood Classic

hello blogger buddies... long time no blog... i think this might be a record for me... i have missed you blogger buddies and i am itching to get back in the swing of things and blog about what has been going on in our oh so busy life....

we had a fabulous time at the beach... the weather was AMAZING... we saw 2 30 minute rain showers all week long...we had great temperatures and the water was beautiful and warm... it was heaven... no oil in sight while we were there... pretty sad that doesn't seem to be the case any more :(

my dad, richard and jackson had to come back Monday for all star practice and the girls came back friday just in time to see jackson play his ball game... he had a double header thursday night which we missed and he played today and will play in the championship game tomorrow. His team is undefeated so far... they have beat every team at the tournament and have to play calera again tomorrow... if they win they will be "local champs" beating shelby county, calera, montevallo, and vincent... we are melting at the ball park but loving every minute of it!

i have a few pictures from jackson and richard's little "field trip" to see the Rickwood Classic last week... all my other pictures are on my big camera and i took more pictures than the law should allow and it is too many pics to load on my computer so i will have to get a cd made and then i can load them... hopefully i can do that tomorrow!

until then here is jackson at the Baron's Game... he even caught a foul ball! :) he was so excited... i think he and daddy had a fun day!
