{Raider Championship Game}

Jackson's football team made it to the Championship Game where they faced the Hoover Eagles! 

 They played at Hoover High School on their tuff high school field... I am pretty sure these boys thought they were playing at the next best thing to a college stadium. Their stadium was huge; especially when you are 8 and 9 year old boys!

 The head coach of the Oakland Raiders wrote our boys a good luck letter and Coach Chaz read it to the boys before the game! How cool is that... each boy got a copy of the letter and Jackson thinks it is so cool!

 Jackson got to be one of the captains for the game along with maddox! There is one thing about JP he knows all about being a captain... he has only been going out with the captains at CMS since he was 4!

 Here comes the raiders.... 

 The game was good and our boys played hard but things just did not go our way! They lost 14 to 13! I thought they would be disappointed and we had our criers of course but for the most part the rest of the boys were fine... most of them like the silver trophies better so they were glad to get the silver instead of the gold. JP said they looked more like the "heisman"... oh my!!!! ha!
