We are home from a full 5 HOT days of Baseball! Jackson and his baseball team went to Southaven, MS to play in the Dizzy Dean Baseball World Series! They had an amazing time and played some great baseball! I have so many pictures from the week that I will share later but right now we are all just whooped!

Our time was full of baseball games in the 100 degree HEAT, wild little baseball indians running up and down the halls of the hotel and in and out of our rooms, rowdy pool parties, and LOTS and LOTS of fast food!!!! But I would not trade all of those things for the experience Jackson had and the time spent with my baseball family.

When we lost the last game it was bitter sweet! We were glad to be done and to enjoy the rest of our summer (what is left of it before football and cheerleading starts) but we baseball moms all cried... I am going to be sad not to see my friends everyday... you really do bond with these families since you see them every day for 2 months. I am going to miss them so much! :( Our team was also sad because one of our players and his family are moving to Decatur this week basically. We are so sad to see them leave... I hope Decatur knows what an awesome family they are getting. They truly have a heart of GOLD and are THE SWEETEST FAMILY!

We will treasure these memories for a long time!!!!! I think there is no better way to preserve the memories than in a Shutterfly 8x8 Memory Book!
